The 90-day pilot
USD 25,000 – 75,000. Three rigs, twelve weeks, with the success criteria agreed in writing before anything is installed.
- We measure first — reporting hours per rig and twelve months of NPT by cause — before a single change is made.
- Three rigs go live in your formats, your client's template, your two languages.
- We measure again at ninety days against the criteria you set.
- If the numbers moved, the pilot fee credits in full against the licence. If they did not, you stop and owe nothing further.
We do not do free pilots. A free pilot has no internal owner and dies quietly. A paid one has a sponsor who wants the answer.
How to work out whether it pays
One day of non-productive time on a Gulf land rig costs roughly USD 25,000 to 50,000. Invisible lost time typically runs several times larger than recorded NPT. If the system recovers one day per well on a six-rig fleet, it returns its own cost many times over — and the calculation is on the home page with every assumption shown, so you can argue with it before you call us.
Contracting
Licensed by Culturetek PTE LTD, Singapore. In the UAE and Oman the delivery contract can be held by a local entity to preserve In-Country Value scoring. Ask and we will explain the structure before you tender.
